Lisa Laffitte brings over 25 years of experience in advanced aesthetics, with a career dedicated to restoring, rejuvenating, and maintaining healthy skin at every stage of life. She was voted Connecticut’s Best Facial five times, reflecting her commitment to results-driven, personalized care.

Lisa specializes in cellular rejuvenation and age-management treatments, with extensive expertise in microcurrent therapy, radio frequency, lymphatic drainage, and professional chemical resurfacing and biostimulatory treatments. She is certified in microneedling and is known for customizing skincare protocols based on each client’s unique skin concerns and long-term goals.

With comprehensive experience treating all skin types and conditions—including acneic skin, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and compromised skin—Lisa focuses on improving overall skin health through a thoughtful, results-oriented approach. Isabella is a licensed Nail Technician and Esthetician born and raised in South Florida, with
professional experience in both high-end spa and clinical settings. She refined her approach to
elevated service while working at a family-owned spa in Los Angeles, California, where she
developed a strong understanding of luxury standards, client experience, and spa operations.


Prior to entering the beauty industry, Isabella worked in a dental office, gaining a deep
appreciation for client care, sanitation, precision, and professionalism—skills that strongly
influence her work today. She specializes in gel, dip, and Gel-X nail services and stays current
with modern nail trends, focusing on clean structure, long-lasting results, and refined finishes.


Known for her attention to detail and client-centered approach, Isabella is committed to creating

Operations Manager

A New Orleans native with over 18 years of leadership experience in the salon, spa, and media industries, Maria Melerine brings a calm, structured, and results-driven approach to everything she leads. Her background is rooted in high-performance environments where precision, organization, and client trust are essential.

From 2007–2011, Maria was the operational backbone of 7 Salon Miami Beach, owned by industry moguls Dany Garcia, Dwayne Johnson, and Joshua Fuller. During her leadership, 7 Salon earned national recognition from Allure Magazine as one of the top three salon-spas in the United States—a testament to the systems, culture, and elevated client experience she helped build.

Throughout her career, Maria has worked alongside some of the most respected brands in beauty and aesthetics, including Aveda, Kérastase, Shu Uemura, Kevyn Aucoin, and MAC Cosmetics. She played a key role in helping boutique salons grow into nationally recognized, high-end destinations through strong operational leadership and meticulous attention to detail.

Today at CR8 Health Delray, Maria brings that same level of professionalism, organization, and steady leadership to the medical spa setting. Known for her calm presence, technical understanding, and patient-first mindset, she helps ensure every client experience is seamless, informed, and handled with care. Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager at CR8 Health, Sage plays an integral role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with leadership, she helps coordinate scheduling and appointments, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support both staff and patients throughout every step of their visit.

Sage is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and welcoming presence. She is committed to creating a professional, comfortable atmosphere where patients feel supported, informed, and valued.

A Boca Raton native, Sage is a senior at Florida Atlantic University, currently completing a degree in Hospitality. Having grown up in the community, she brings a strong sense of connection, reliability, and positive energy to her role. Passionate about patient-centered care and teamwork, Sage plans to continue her education in nursing, with long-term goals of becoming a nurse injector or anesthesiologist. Her dedication to organization, efficiency, and genuine care helps elevate the experience for both patients and colleagues at CR8 Health.

Dr. Jonathan M. Fields

Co-Founder

Dr. Jonathan Fields was first drawn to studying Holistic and Eastern medicine over 20 years ago via his lifelong study of martial arts. After suffering for over a year with an undiagnosed and debilitating illness in his early thirties, and being completely let down by the conventional healthcare system, he was able to make a full recovery without any pharmaceuticals or surgeries. Being grateful for his second chance, and now having the ability to empathize with patients in dire need, he dedicated the rest of his life to empowering others with similar stories. Dr. Jonathan is also a published author, keynote speaker, tai chi, qi gong & meditation instructor, and transformational retreat host. He owns multiple integrative practices in South Florida, lectures at Universities & Fortune 500 companies, works with elite athletes & celebrities, and has formulated for publicly traded companies.

Dr. Nadav Fields

Medical Director

Dr. Nadav Fields is the co-founder and medical director of CR8 Health. Dr. Fields received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed his master’s degree in Biomedicine at Florida Atlantic University. He graduated from Touro College of Medicine New York and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona.

He is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Fields is trained in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy by the Preventative & Innovative Medicine Academy. Additionally, he is certified in Peptide Therapy and completed training with Dr. William Seeds, the world’s leader in Cellular and Peptide Therapy.

“Throughout his career, Dr. Nadav has worked in the emergency department, general medical ward, and in intensive care unit settings. It was here that he witnessed the sequelae of poor nutrition and lifestyle choices, which resulted in accelerated aging, obesity, heart disease, strokes, and premature death.

With growing frustrations in our healthcare system where we mostly focus on treating current disease states and alleviating symptoms, Dr. Fields became increasingly interested in Preventative Health with a focus on proactive not reactive medicine.
