Lisa Laffitte brings over 25 years of experience in advanced aesthetics, with a career dedicated to restoring, rejuvenating, and maintaining healthy skin at every stage of life. She was voted Connecticut’s Best Facial five times, reflecting her commitment to results-driven, personalized care.
Lisa specializes in cellular rejuvenation and age-management treatments, with extensive expertise in microcurrent therapy, radio frequency, lymphatic drainage, and professional chemical resurfacing and biostimulatory treatments. She is certified in microneedling and is known for customizing skincare protocols based on each client’s unique skin concerns and long-term goals.
With comprehensive experience treating all skin types and conditions—including acneic skin, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and compromised skin—Lisa focuses on improving overall skin health through a thoughtful, results-oriented approach. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and care for a diverse clientele.
Isabella is a licensed Nail Technician and Esthetician born and raised in South Florida, with
professional experience in both high-end spa and clinical settings. She refined her approach to
elevated service while working at a family-owned spa in Los Angeles, California, where she
developed a strong understanding of luxury standards, client experience, and spa operations.
Prior to entering the beauty industry, Isabella worked in a dental office, gaining a deep
appreciation for client care, sanitation, precision, and professionalism—skills that strongly
influence her work today. She specializes in gel, dip, and Gel-X nail services and stays current
with modern nail trends, focusing on clean structure, long-lasting results, and refined finishes.
Known for her attention to detail and client-centered approach, Isabella is committed to creating
a calm, polished, and luxury experience while delivering consistently exceptional results.
As Assistant Manager at CR8 Health, Sage plays an integral role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with leadership, she helps coordinate scheduling and appointments, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support both staff and patients throughout every step of their visit.
Sage is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and welcoming presence. She is committed to creating a professional, comfortable atmosphere where patients feel supported, informed, and valued.
A Boca Raton native, Sage is a senior at Florida Atlantic University, currently completing a degree in Hospitality. Having grown up in the community, she brings a strong sense of connection, reliability, and positive energy to her role. Passionate about patient-centered care and teamwork, Sage plans to continue her education in nursing, with long-term goals of becoming a nurse injector or anesthesiologist. Her dedication to organization, efficiency, and genuine care helps elevate the experience for both patients and colleagues at CR8 Health.
Dr. Nadav Fields is the co-founder and medical director of CR8 Health. Dr. Fields received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed his master’s degree in Biomedicine at Florida Atlantic University. He graduated from Touro College of Medicine New York and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona.
He is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Fields is trained in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy by the Preventative & Innovative Medicine Academy. Additionally, he is certified in Peptide Therapy and completed training with Dr. William Seeds, the world’s leader in Cellular and Peptide Therapy.

It was here that he witnessed the sequelae of poor nutrition and lifestyle choices, which resulted in accelerated aging, obesity, heart disease, strokes, and premature death.
